Its venture capital fundbusiness incubator, impact retail store Fabrica X, and spaces across Hong Kong and London support innovations from different growth stages.

Job openings
We seek a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sustainability Executive. As the Sustainability Executive, you will assist in conducting impact measurements for The Mills Fabrica’s different business functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about making a positive social and environmental impact to contribute to our organization's mission.
 
Some of the key focus of the role:
 
  • Provide research support on investments in the agrifood and textile industries. Assist in researching and evaluating the potential impact of direct and fund investments
  • Support the continuous monitoring and assessment of the impact generated by the portfolio, including data collection and analysis
  • Contribute to the delivery of the release of The Mills Fabrica’s impact report, including data collection, analysis of data, and writing of the report
  • Track and measure the impact of our sustainability initiatives across other business functions, reporting on our progress and identifying opportunities for improvement
 
Requirements:  
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in sustainability, environmental science, social impact, or a related field
  • Minimum of two to three years of working experience in sustainability-related role
  • A strong understanding of environmental and social issues in the agrifood and textile industry
  • Strong passion, curiosity, and a future-oriented mindset towards the core issues that will shape the future of the agrifood and textile industry
  • A highly motivated and results-driven self-starter who can manage multiple projects and drive them to completion
  • A fast learner with a solid analytical mindset who’s comfortable dissecting new topics and navigating complexities
  • A strong understanding of climate change science, policies, and frameworks, such as GHG protocol and TCFD
  • A strong understanding of social impact assessment, measurement, and evaluation
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
