Job openings
Fabrica X, an Impact Retail concept store, is seeking an enthusiastic and creative individual to lead the integration of retail excellence. This role requires sourcing sustainable brands to fit Fabrica X’s thematic campaigns to assist the Store Curator’s vision along with fostering strategic partnerships for showcases. As a key member of our startup community, the ideal candidate should be agile, resourceful, and driven by a passion for sustainable design and impactful retail.
 
Some of the key focus of the role:
 
  • Assist Store Curator with the creative and execution process of campaigns and potentially support marketing promotions needs
  • Requires sourcing and liaising with sustainable brands and innovators that best fit the store for a theme/pp-up for showcasing and selling
  • Form an inseparable partner relationship (which may involve deals and negotiations) with sustainable brands
  • Drive communication (content creation) and product knowledge from the store sales team to communicate to consumers to enhance customer engagement and maximize sales
 
Requirements:  
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design/Creative, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in related fields, candidate with less experience will be considered as an Assistant
  • Strong network within the design-led community, with a track record of successful collaborations
  • Exceptional communication skills, adept at negotiation and building rapport with partners
  • Handle impromptu visits from visitors, partners, and potential collaborators with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Adapt quickly to changing circumstances in the dynamic startup environment, finding creative solutions on the spot
  • Passionate about emerging innovative knowledge within the textiles/fashion and agri-food industry, share helpful information with colleagues, and provide inspiring creative ideas for work
  • Basic computer skills, illustrator, and photo shooting skills are an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good stakeholder network and engagement experience
