Position Overview: The Mills Fabrica (London) is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the London team’s marketing efforts, including developing and implementing marketing strategies, initiatives and campaigns and enhancing brand visibility.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies
    • Create marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to drive brand awareness for our coworking space, Fabrica X (innovation gallery and concept store), events and partnerships
    • Work across the different teams (Membership, Fabrica X, Partnerships, Events) to devise marketing campaigns to attract new members, customers/clients and partners
  2. Content Creation
    • Manage and create content across our social media platforms (LinkedIn and Instagram) and website
    • Prepare and update marketing materials to support cross-team promotional needs.
  3. Digital Marketing
    • Enhance digital presence and footprint
    • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising
    • Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI
  4. PR
    • Work closely with PR agency to enhance our brand presence, ensuring cohesive brand messaging across all platforms
    • Assist with the preparation and distribution of press releases, handling media enquiries and coordinating media events and interviews.
  5. Reporting and Analytics
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of marketing initiatives
    • Provide regular reports and insights to leadership, recommending adjustments as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of four years relevant marketing experience with proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator)
  • Good understanding of both online and offline marketing, social media and emerging marketing channels
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, think creatively and support colleagues
  • Established contacts in media preferable
  • Passionate about sustainability and innovation
