The Mills Fabrica is now looking to hire a Marketing Manager to lead the organization’s marketing efforts, including developing and implementing marketing strategies, initiatives, and campaigns and enhancing brand visibility.

Some of the key responsibilities of the role:

  • Develop, execute, and manage the marketing plan and budget
  • Coordinate and manage the marketing team and external agencies to deliver the marketing campaigns and projects
  • Oversee and gatekeep the branding, messaging, and positioning of The Mills Fabrica
  • Plan and create marketing materials and content for various channels and platforms, such as websites, social media, e-newsletters, and print
  • Organize and manage online and offline marketing events, such as conferences, networking activities, competitions, workshops, tours, etc.
  • Track and monitor the results and impact of the marketing activities and campaigns using various tools and metrics
  • Report and present the marketing performance and insights to the stakeholders
  • Coordinate with PR agencies to promote brand awareness and reputation through media relations, press releases, events etc.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies (e.g. SEO, SEM, etc.) to increase website traffic, conversation, and retention rates
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of marketing goals and objectives



  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing management or a similar role
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Creative, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
  • Proficient in using various marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM, SEO, SEM, etc.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends
  • Proficient in spoken and written English & Chinese
