By uploading an Instagram story to your own Instagram account with the hashtag #fxworkshophk and tag @fabricax_hk, it is assumed that you have read, understood and agreed to the following terms and conditions:

1. This competition is organized by Fabrica Incubator Limited (“The Mills Fabrica”). There are no age restrictions on the participants of the competition (“Participant”).
2. The competition will commence on 4 Apr 2023 and end on 11 Apr 2023 at 11:59PM. All Participants shall upload their photos or videos to their Instagram story with the hashtag #fxworkshophk and tag @fabricax_hk before the stated end time. All posting time will be judged according to the time stamp recorded by the platform.
3. Each Participant warrants that the copyright and any other intellectual property rights in their submissions belong to them and does not infringe any lawful rights (including but not limited to intellectual property rights, privacy rights and image rights). The Mills Fabrica shall not be responsible for any liability arising from claims or suits of third parties, including costs and expenses incidental thereto, in connection with any breach of this condition or any content uploaded by the Participant and the Participant shall assume all responsibility and liability in this respect.
4. All submissions must not contain any content that is considered obscene, defamatory, racist or discriminatory in nature or in any other unlawful manner including any material that could be construed as advocating or inciting a criminal offence. The Mills Fabrica has the right to disqualify any submission without prior notice.
5. After the end of the competition, The Mills Fabrica will, in its sole and absolute discretion, select 5 most creative works which can best represent the theme 【Fabrica X‘s Adorable Easter Eggs】as winners.
6. The first place winner will receive Fabrica X’s $400 cash coupon; second place will receive a designated pair of “Lonowear’s kids trainers”; third place will receive a designated pair of “Ways Out Hong Kong earrings”; fourth place will receive a designated pair of “Just Peachy’s kids underwear”; and fifth place will receive a designated “AMMA’s newborn blanket”.
7. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable and may be subject to change by The Mills Fabrica without prior notice.
8. Participants can upload more than 1 Instagram story but cannot win more than one prize.
9. Each Participant agrees to allow and authorizes The Mills Fabrica to use the Participant’s submissions (or any part thereof) for any promotional or marketing purpose
10. The Mills Fabrica will directly contact the winners through Instagram using the official account (@fabricax_hk) regarding prize collection. Winners must reply and provide all relevant details within 5 working days or else their prize will be deemed to be forfeited automatically without notice or compensation.
11. The Mills Fabrica shall not be responsible for any loss of data or delay in data transmission due to any cause which is not under the reasonable control of The Mills Fabrica, including but not limited to a breakdown or failure of communication facilities or any interruption, delay, corruption or interception of such communication, or as a result of any earthquake, storm, fire, flood, labour dispute, strike, war or the delay or non-performance by a third party.
12. Participants agree to Nan Fung Group’s use of submitted personal data for direct marketing purposes as set out in Personal Information Collection Statement.
13. The Mills Fabrica reserves the right to suspend or terminate the competition at any time and to vary or amend the terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.
14. In case of any dispute, The Mills Fabrica reserves the right to make the final decision.
15. The failure or delay of The Mills Fabrica to enforce its rights under these terms and conditions at any time for any period shall not be used as a waiver of such rights.
16. In case of discrepancies between the English version and any translation of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
17. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong and any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
