新冠肺炎疫情影響著每一個人，當中包括社區裏最脆弱的群體。南豐作坊好奇：我們在這艱難時期，能如何主動地向這些需要幫助的人伸出援手？所以在這一節網絡研討會中，傳訊顧問及電台主持Saadia Usmani與來自慈善團體的嘉賓，為觀眾分享回饋社會的經驗。我們為您總結了他們的建議，讓您知道如何幫助社區中需要協助的群體：
捐贈與捐款
慈善團體在疫情爆發下，面對資源和資金緊拙的挑戰。如果您想減輕疫情對這些群體帶來的影響，不妨捐贈牛奶和尿布等必需品到Pathfinders。此外，香港社區組織協會不僅需要口罩，也正尋找更多電腦推動網上學習。由於不少籌款活動因疫情而被取消，因此不少慈善機構正積極地尋求資金。請在這艱難時期，透過支持慈善機構幫助本地被邊緣化的群體 —— 如果您的能力允許，請向他們捐款！
成為義工
幫助無家者的ImpactHK創辦人Jeff說：「走上街頭，向人群展示您的善心。」在這充滿挑戰的時期，他們需要及時的支持，大家不妨申請成為義工，幫助機構遞送飯餐、口罩等日用品給這些群體。雖然全世界大部分人口仍然處於封城狀態，但也有不少「在家義務工作」的機會 — 香港社區組織協會社區組織幹事施麗珊說，只要您有Whatsapp便可以成為義工教師，協助在家缺乏學習支援的學童。
支持慈善團體
提升社會的意識可能是最簡單的幫助。南豐紗廠的盧樂謙分享了一個名為「壹屋兩餐」的期間外賣店計劃，以實惠的價錢向需要協助的人提供食物，藉此支持社區中的「隱形群體」。慈善團體均表示，他們珍視和欣賞任何支持和提升慈善項目關注度的力量。大家不妨登記他們的電郵通訊和在社交媒體上追蹤他們的近況 —這些行動看似簡單，但對慈善機構來說都是最直接、實質的幫助。

Saadia Usmani擁有超過30年的媒體經驗，曾經在BBC電台、電視及公關行業工作。她曾經在英國為逾700位來自不同機構的專業人士提供媒體培訓，為他們裝備應對正面或負面媒體興趣的技能。Saadia現在是香港電台第三台的自由身主持及監製，也是一名媒體及培訓顧問。
