rules, terms and conditions, \u201cThe Mills Fabrica\u201d means Fabrica Incubator Limited and its affiliates collectively.<\/p><p>\u5c31\u672c\u5b98\u65b9\u898f\u5247\u3001\u7533\u8acb\u7d30\u5247\u53ca\u689d\u6b3e\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u300c\u5357\u8c50\u4f5c\u574a\u300d\u662f [Chinese name of Fabrica Incubator Limited] \u53ca\u5176\u95dc\u806f\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u7d71\u7a31\u3002<\/p><p>Eligibility<br \/>The application to The Mills Fabrica incubation is opened to all entrants aged 18 or over at the time of submission, who meet either one of the following criteria (the \u201cEntrants\u201d):<br \/>(a)\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0The Entrants have a registered business that focuses on techstyle-related services or products (the \u201cBusiness\u201d); or<br \/>(b)\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0The Entrants have a demonstrable business concept that focuses on techstyle-related services and products (the \u201cConcept\u201d).<\/p><p>1.\u3000\u53c3\u52a0\u8cc7\u683c<\/p><p>\u5357\u8c50\u4f5c\u574a\u57f9\u80b2\u8a08\u5283\u7684\u7533\u8acb\u8005\u9808\u65bc\u905e\u4ea4\u7533\u8acb\u4e4b\u6642\u5e74\u6eff\u5341\u516b\u6b72\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u7b26\u5408\u4ee5\u4e0b\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u9805\u8cc7\u683c\uff08\u4e0b\u7a31\u300c\u53c3\u52a0\u8005\u300d\uff09\uff1a<br \/>(a)\u3000\u53c3\u52a0\u8005\u9808\u64c1\u6709\u5546\u696d\u767b\u8a18\uff0c\u53ca\u9808\u70ba\u79d1\u6280\u53ca\u7d21\u7e54\u6642\u88dd\u6709\u95dc\u7684\u670d\u52d9\u6216\u7522\u54c1\uff08\u4e0b\u7a31\u300c\u5546\u696d\u300d\uff09\uff1b\u6216<\/p><p>(b)\u3000\u53c3\u52a0\u8005\u80fd\u986f\u793a\u4e00\u500b\u4ee5\u79d1\u6280\u53ca\u7d21\u7e54\u6642\u88dd\u6709\u95dc\u70ba\u4e3b\u7684\u5546\u696d\u6982\u5ff5\uff08\u4e0b\u7a31\u300c\u6982\u5ff5\u300d\uff09\u3002<\/p><p>How to Enter<br \/>2.1 Interested parties are invited to submit their entry through the online submission form on the Mills Fabrica website at the following webpage: www.themillsfabrica.com\/application (the \u201cEntry\/Entries\u201d).<br \/>Each Entry should be submitted in the following way:<br \/>(a)\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0A short description of the Business or the Concept of up to 300 words in English and 500 words in Chinese; and<br \/>(b)\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0A video file and\/ or visuals and \/ or presentation deck of the Business or the Concept.<br \/>2.2 The Entrant\u2019s name filled in the online submission form shall be the name used and shown in the Entrant\u2019s identification documents.<\/p><p>2.\u3000\u53c3\u52a0\u8fa6\u6cd5<\/p><p>2.1 \u6709\u8208\u8da3\u53c3\u52a0\u7684\u4eba\u58eb\u53ef\u7d93\u5357\u8c50\u4f5c\u574a\u7684\u7db2\u4e0a\u7533\u8acb\u8868\u905e\u4ea4\u7533\u8acb\uff1awww.themillsfabrica.com\/application\uff08\u4e0b\u7a31\u300c\u53c3\u52a0\u7684\u5546\u696d\u9805\u76ee\u300d\uff09\u3002<\/p><p>\u6bcf\u4efd\u53c3\u52a0\u7684\u5546\u696d\u9805\u76ee\u9808\u4ee5\u4e0b\u5217\u65b9\u5f0f\u905e\u4ea4\uff1a<\/p><p>\u4e00\u6bb5300\u5b57(\u82f1\u6587)\u6216500\u5b57(\u4e2d\u6587)\u5167\u95dc\u65bc\u5176\u5546\u696d\u6216\u6982\u5ff5\u7684\u63cf\u8ff0\uff1b\u53ca<br \/>\u4e00\u500b\u6709\u95dc\u5176\u5546\u696d\u6216\u6982\u5ff5\u7684\u9304\u50cf\u6a94\u6848\u53ca\/\u6216\u8996\u89ba\u6548\u679c\u53ca\/\u6216\u6f14\u793a\u6587\u4ef6\u6a94\u6848\u3002<br \/>2.2 \u53c3\u52a0\u8005\u65bc\u7db2\u4e0a\u7533\u8acb\u8868\u6240\u586b\u5beb\u7684\u59d3\u540d\u9808\u8207\u5176\u8eab\u4efd\u8b49\u660e\u6587\u4ef6\u76f8\u7b26\u3002<\/p><p>Submission Restrictions<br \/>3.1 The Entries must be the original product(s) and creation of the Entrants which must not contain materials, images, marks, designs and artwork etc that are not created by the Entrants.<\/p><p>3.2 The Entries must NOT contain materials, images, marks, designs, artwork and information etc that violate any laws and regulations and\/or infringe others\u2019 rights, such as intellectual property rights.<\/p><p>3.3 The Entries must NOT contain materials that (1) are inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libellous, sexually explicit or suggestive, unlawful, and\/or those that (2) depict illegal drug use, alcohol abuse, terrorism, weapons, violence or nudity, and\/or those that (3) promotes bigotry, racism, hatred, harm against any groups or individuals, discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.<\/p><p>3.4 Entries that pertain to any of the above may be disqualified.<\/p><p>3.\u3000\u53c3\u52a0\u9650\u5236<\/p><p>3.1 \u53c3\u52a0\u7684\u5546\u696d\u9805\u76ee\u9808\u70ba\u539f\u5275\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e0d\u53ef\u5305\u542b\u4efb\u4f55\u975e\u53c3\u52a0\u8005\u5275\u4f5c\u7684\u5167\u5bb9\u3001\u5f71\u50cf\u3001\u6a19\u8a18\u3001\u8a2d\u8a08\u53ca\u85dd\u8853\u54c1\u7b49\u7b49\u3002<\/p><p>3.2 \u53c3\u52a0\u7684\u5546\u696d\u9805\u76ee\u4e0d\u53ef\u5305\u542b\u4efb\u4f55\u9055\u6cd5\u53ca\/\u6216\u4fb5\u6b0a\uff08\u5982\u77e5\u8b58\u7522\u6b0a\uff09\u7684\u5167\u5bb9\u3001\u5f71\u50cf\u3001\u6a19\u8a18\u3001\u8a2d\u8a08\u3001\u85dd\u8853\u54c1\u53ca\u8cc7\u8a0a\u7b49\u7b49\u3002<\/p><p>3.3 \u53c3\u52a0\u7684\u5546\u696d\u9805\u76ee\u4e0d\u53ef\u5305\u542b\u4efb\u4f55 (1) \u4e0d\u7576\u3001\u7325\u893b\u3001\u6deb\u7a62\u3001\u5177\u53ad\u60e1\u6027\u3001\u4fb5\u6b0a\u3001\u4e2d\u50b7\u3001\u8ab9\u8b17\u3001\u660e\u78ba\u6216\u6697\u793a\u7684\u8272\u60c5\u3001\u9055\u6cd5\u7684\uff0c\u53ca\/\u6216 (2) \u63cf\u8ff0\u975e\u6cd5\u5438\u6bd2\u3001\u9157\u9152\u3001\u6050\u6016\u4e3b\u7fa9\u3001\u653b\u64ca\u6027\u6b66\u5668\u3001\u66b4\u529b\u6216\u88f8\u9732\u7684\uff0c\u53ca\/\u6216 (3) \u9f13\u5439\u76f2\u76ee\u4fe1\u4ef0\u3001\u7a2e\u65cf\u4e3b\u7fa9\u3001\u4ec7\u6068\u3001\u50b7\u5bb3\u4efb\u4f55\u5718\u9ad4\u6216\u500b\u4eba\u3001\u9f13\u5439\u6b67\u8996\u7a2e\u65cf\u3001\u6027\u5225\u3001\u5b97\u6559\u3001\u570b\u7c4d\u3001\u6b98\u969c\u3001\u6027\u53d6\u5411\u6216\u5e74\u9f61\u7684\u5167\u5bb9\u3002<\/p><p>Selection of Entries<br \/>4.1 The Committee of representatives of The Mills Fabrica (defined in clause 5.1 below) will review all Entries received. The Mills Fabrica reserves the rights and has absolute discretion to decide the number of applications to be selected.<\/p><p>\u53c3\u52a0\u7684\u5546\u696d\u9805\u76ee\u4e4b\u7504\u9078<br \/>4.1 \u5357\u8c50\u4f5c\u574a\u4ee3\u8868\u7684\u59d4\u54e1\uff08\u5b9a\u7fa9\u65bc\u4e0b\u5217\u689d\u6b3e5.1\uff09\u5c07\u6703\u5be9\u95b1\u5df2\u905e\u4ea4\u7684\u53c3\u52a0\u7684\u5546\u696d\u9805\u76ee\u3002\u5357\u8c50\u4f5c\u574a\u4fdd\u7559\u4e00\u5207\u6b0a\u5229\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u64c1\u6709\u7d55\u5c0d\u914c\u60c5\u6b0a\u6c7a\u5b9a\u5165\u570d\u7533\u8acb\u8005\u7684\u6578\u76ee\u3002<\/p><p>The Assessment Criteria<br \/>5.1 The Entries will be assessed by designated representatives of The Mills Fabrica (the \u201cCommittee\u201d).<\/p><p>5.2 The Entries will be assessed based on the following criteria (the \u201cAssessment Criteria\u201d):<br \/>(a)\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Innovative, Original, Creative Idea:<br \/>Because of the focuses on drawing out new business ideas, the core idea itself is of elevated importance. In this category, a completely new idea with compelling potential, quality and uniqueness will do well, even if the proposed details of its execution seem doubtful.<\/p><p>(b)\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Proof of a Market:<br \/>The best products or services fail if nobody wants to buy them. Therefore, each Entry should identify its targeted group of people, customers and stockists (the \u201cTargeted Market\u201d) with a unique need that the Business or the Concept could address and offer to meet.<\/p><p>(c)\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Demonstration of Competitive Advantage:<br \/>Once the Targeted Market is identified, if it is truly viable, it will probably already have other potential business competitors competing directly or indirectly for it (the \u201cCompetitors\u201d). Each Entry should acknowledge and identify these Competitors and explain what would set its own Business or Concept apart. If there are no Competitors for the Targeted Market, the Entry should explain why the Targeted Market is empty and suggest how it is possible to establish and enter it.<\/p><p>(d)\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Social Value:<br \/>The sustainability and the potential positive and beneficial impact of the Business or the Concept to the society will be considered.<\/p><p>\u8a55\u5be9\u6e96\u5247<br \/>5.1 \u6240\u6709\u53c3\u52a0\u7684\u5546\u696d\u9805\u76ee\u5c07\u6703\u7531\u6307\u5b9a\u7684\u5357\u8c50\u4f5c\u574a\u4ee3\u8868\u59d4\u54e1\uff08\u4e0b\u7a31\u300c\u59d4\u54e1\u300d\uff09\u5be9\u95b1\u3002<\/p><p>5.2 \u59d4\u54e1\u5c07\u4ee5\u4ee5\u4e0b\u6e96\u5247\u8a55\u5be9\u53c3\u52a0\u7684\u5546\u696d\u9805\u76ee\uff08\u4e0b\u7a31\u300c\u8a55\u5be9\u6e96\u5247\u300d\uff09\uff1a<\/p><p>(a)\u3000\u5275\u65b0\u3001\u539f\u5275\u53ca\u5177\u5275\u610f\u7684\u610f\u5ff5\uff1a<\/p><p>\u662f\u6b21\u8a08\u5283\u8457\u91cd\u5d84\u65b0\u7684\u5546\u696d\u610f\u5ff5\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u6838\u5fc3\u7406\u5ff5\u7684\u5275\u65b0\u8f03\u5176\u4ed6\u6e96\u5247\u70ba\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u5373\u4f7f\u9805\u76ee\u5167\u5bb9\u7684\u5be6\u884c\u6027\u4e0d\u5927\uff0c\u82e5\u7576\u4e2d\u6709\u5145\u6eff\u6f5b\u8cea\u3001\u512a\u79c0\u3001\u7368\u7279\u53ca\u5f15\u4eba\u6ce8\u76ee\u7684\u60f3\u6cd5\uff0c\u5176\u53c3\u52a0\u7684\u5546\u696d\u9805\u76ee\u4ecd\u6709\u6a5f\u6703\u7372\u9078\u3002<\/p><p>(b)\u3000\u5e02\u5834\u80af\u5b9a\uff1a<\/p><p>\u82e5\u6c92\u6709\u9867\u5ba2\u9858\u610f\u8cfc\u8cb7\uff0c\u5b83\u4e5f\u53ea\u662f\u4e00\u4ef6\u5931\u6557\u7684\u7522\u54c1\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u6bcf\u500b\u53c3\u52a0\u7684\u5546\u696d\u9805\u76ee\u9808\u8b58\u5225\u5176\u76ee\u6a19\u5e02\u5834\u3001\u9867\u5ba2\u53ca\u4f9b\u8ca8\u4f86\u6e90\uff08\u4e0b\u7a31\u300c\u76ee\u6a19\u5e02\u5834\u300d\uff09\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u6307\u51fa\u5176\u5546\u696d\u6216\u6982\u5ff5\u5982\u4f55\u6eff\u8db3\u5176\u9700\u6c42\u3002<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u5c55\u793a\u7af6\u722d\u512a\u52e2\uff1a<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u82e5\u5df2\u8b58\u5225\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\u5e02\u5834\u771f\u6709\u5176\u62d3\u5c55\u7684\u7a7a\u9593\uff0c\u8a72\u5e02\u5834\u5f88\u53ef\u80fd\u5df2\u6709\u4e00\u6279\u76f4\u63a5\u6216\u9593\u63a5\u7684\u6f5b\u5728\u7af6\u722d\u8005\uff08\u4e0b\u7a31\u300c\u7af6\u722d\u8005\u300d\uff09\u3002\u6bcf\u500b\u53c3\u52a0\u7684\u5546\u696d\u9805\u76ee\u9808\u8b58\u5225\u5176\u7af6\u722d\u8005\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u95e1\u8ff0\u5176\u5546\u696d\u6216\u6982\u5ff5\u4e0d\u540c\u6216\u7279\u5225\u4e4b\u8655\u3002\u82e5\u76ee\u6a19\u5e02\u5834\u5167\u6c92\u6709\u7af6\u722d\u8005\uff0c\u53c3\u52a0\u8005\u7533\u8acb\u5167\u9808\u95e1\u8ff0\u5176\u76ee\u6a19\u5e02\u5834\u7a7a\u765f\u7684\u539f\u56e0\uff0c\u53ca\u5efa\u8b70\u62d3\u5c55\u5e02\u5834\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u793e\u6703\u50f9\u503c\uff1a<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u53c3\u52a0\u7684\u5546\u696d\u9805\u76ee\u7684\u5546\u696d\u6216\u6982\u5ff5\u7684\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u6027\u548c\u5c0d\u793e\u6703\u7684\u6f5b\u5728\u6b63\u9762\u5f71\u97ff\u5c07\u6703\u88ab\u7d0d\u5165\u8003\u616e\u4e4b\u5217\u3002<\/p><p>Final Selection<br \/>All decisions made by the Committee including but not limited to the selection of the incubatees are final and binding on all Entrants.<br \/>6.\u3000\u6700\u7d42\u7504\u9078<\/p><p>\u6240\u6709\u59d4\u54e1\u7684\u6c7a\u5b9a\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4f46\u4e0d\u9650\u65bc\u4f5c\u574a\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u7504\u9078\uff0c\u5747\u70ba\u6700\u7d42\u800c\u5c0d\u6240\u6709\u53c3\u52a0\u8005\u5177\u7d04\u675f\u529b\u3002<\/p><p>Intellectual Property Rights and Ownership<br \/>7.1 \u00a0The Entrants will retain ownership of their Entries, including all intellectual property rights which are lawfully created and may exist in the Entries.<\/p><p>7.2 \u00a0By submitting the Entries, the Entrants grant The Mills Fabrica an unconditional and perpetual right, license and consent to reproduce, encode, store, keep, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display and exhibit the Entries in any media channels throughout the world, without limitation, and without additional review, compensation, or approval from the Entrants or any other party.<\/p><p>7.3 \u00a0 \u00a0By applying to The Mills Fabrica incubation program, the Entrants agree to make available on request the sources of materials used by the Entrants for their Entries.<\/p><p>7.4 \u00a0 \u00a0Each Entrant hereby represents and warrants to The Mills Fabrica that for the purpose of and in the course of producing and submitting the Entries for the application to The Mills Fabrica incubation program, to the best of their knowledge, they have not incorporated and will not incorporate any third parties\u2019 materials, images, designs, marks, videos, artwork and information etc in creating the Entries, and such Entries have not infringed any third parties\u2019 intellectual property rights. \u00a0In the event that there is such incorporation of any third parties\u2019 materials, images, designs, marks, videos, artwork and information etc in the Entries, the Entrants shall obtain the relevant licences and approval. The Mills Fabrica does not accept any responsibilities and liabilities and the Entrants shall indemnify and keep The Mills Fabrica indemnified for the Entrants\u2019 infringement of any intellectual property rights and their use and publication of any unlawfully produced and\/or reproduced materials, images, marks, designs, videos, artwork and information etc in the Entries submitted by the Entrants.<\/p><p>\u77e5\u8b58\u7522\u6b0a\u53ca\u6240\u6709\u6b0a<br \/>7.1 \u53c3\u52a0\u8005\u5c07\u4fdd\u7559\u5176\u53c3\u52a0\u7684\u5546\u696d\u9805\u76ee\u4e4b\u6240\u6709\u6b0a\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u6240\u6709\u5408\u6cd5\u5275\u9020\u548c\u53ef\u80fd\u5b58\u5728\u65bc\u53c3\u52a0\u7684\u5546\u696d\u9805\u76ee\u7684\u77e5\u8b58\u7522\u6b0a\u3002<\/p><p>7.2 \u901a\u904e\u905e\u4ea4\u53c3\u52a0\u7684\u5546\u696d\u9805\u76ee\uff0c\u53c3\u52a0\u8005\u6388\u4e88\u5357\u8c50\u4f5c\u574a\u7121\u689d\u4ef6\u548c\u6c38\u4e45\u7684\u6b0a\u5229\uff0c\u8a31\u53ef\u548c\u540c\u610f\u65bc\u4efb\u4f55\u570b\u5bb6\u7684\u50b3\u64ad\u5a92\u4ecb\u8907\u88fd\u3001\u7de8\u78bc\u3001\u5132\u5b58\u3001\u4fdd\u5b58\u3001\u767c\u9001\u3001\u51fa\u7248\u3001\u767c\u4f48\u3001\u5ee3\u64ad\u3001\u5c55\u793a\u53ca\u5c55\u89bd\u5176\u53c3\u52a0\u7684\u5546\u696d\u9805\u76ee\u3002\u5357\u8c50\u4f5c\u574a\u9032\u884c\u4e0a\u8ff0\u884c\u70ba\u6642\u4e0d\u53d7\u4efb\u4f55\u9650\u5236\uff0c\u4ea6\u4e0d\u9808\u4f5c\u51fa\u984d\u5916\u5be9\u67e5\u3001\u88dc\u511f\u6216\u5fb5\u6c42\u53c3\u52a0\u8005\u6216\u4efb\u4f55\u5404\u65b9\u7684\u6279\u51c6\u3002<\/p><p>7.3 \u901a\u904e\u7533\u8acb\u5357\u8c50\u4f5c\u574a\u57f9\u80b2\u8a08\u5283\uff0c\u53c3\u52a0\u8005\u540c\u610f\u53ef\u61c9\u8981\u6c42\u63d0\u4f9b\u5176\u53c3\u52a0\u7684\u5546\u696d\u9805\u76ee\u4e4b\u5167\u5bb9\u4f86\u6e90\u3002<\/p><p>7.4 \u53c3\u52a0\u8005\u5728\u6b64\u5411\u5357\u8c50\u4f5c\u574a\u5c31\u5176\u6240\u77e5\u4f5c\u51fa\u8072\u660e\u53ca\u4fdd\u8b49\uff0c\u6709\u95dc\u5275\u4f5c\u53ca\u905e\u4ea4\u5357\u8c50\u4f5c\u574a\u57f9\u80b2\u8a08\u5283\u7684\u53c3\u52a0\u7684\u5546\u696d\u9805\u76ee\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u53ca\u76ee\u7684\uff0c\u5176\u6c92\u6709\u53ca\u4e0d\u6703\u5c07\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u7684\u5167\u5bb9\u3001\u5f71\u50cf\u3001\u8a2d\u8a08\u3001\u6a19\u8a18\u3001\u9304\u50cf\u3001\u85dd\u8853\u54c1\u53ca\u8cc7\u8a0a\u7b49\u7b49\u7d0d\u5165\u5728\u5176\u53c3\u52a0\u7684\u5546\u696d\u9805\u76ee\u4e4b\u5167\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u53c3\u52a0\u7684\u5546\u696d\u9805\u76ee\u6c92\u6709\u4fb5\u72af\u4efb\u4f55\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u7684\u77e5\u8b58\u7522\u6b0a\u3002\u82e5\u53c3\u52a0\u8005\u9700\u5c07\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u7684\u5167\u5bb9\u3001\u5f71\u50cf\u3001\u8a2d\u8a08\u3001\u6a19\u8a18\u3001\u9304\u50cf\u3001\u85dd\u8853\u54c1\u53ca\u8cc7\u8a0a\u7b49\u7b49\u7d0d\u5165\u5728\u5176\u53c3\u52a0\u7684\u5546\u696d\u9805\u76ee\u4e4b\u5167\uff0c\u9808\u53d6\u5f97\u76f8\u95dc\u724c\u7167\u53ca\u6279\u51c6\u3002\u82e5\u53c3\u52a0\u8005\u65bc\u5176\u905e\u4ea4\u7684\u53c3\u52a0\u7684\u5546\u696d\u9805\u76ee\u4fb5\u72af\u4efb\u4f55\u77e5\u8b58\u7522\u6b0a\u53ca\u4f7f\u7528\u548c\u51fa\u7248\u4efb\u4f55\u975e\u6cd5\u88fd\u4f5c\u548c\/\u6216\u8907\u88fd\u5167\u5bb9\u3001\u5f71\u50cf\u3001\u6a19\u8a18\u3001\u8a2d\u8a08\u3001\u9304\u50cf\u3001\u85dd\u8853\u54c1\u53ca\u8cc7\u8a0a\u7b49\u7b49\uff0c\u5357\u8c50\u4f5c\u574a\u4e0d\u6703\u627f\u64d4\u4efb\u4f55\u8cac\u4efb\u53ca\u7fa9\u52d9\uff0c\u4e14\u53c3\u52a0\u8005\u9808\u5c31\u5357\u8c50\u4f5c\u574a\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u6709\u95dc\u8cac\u4efb\u53ca\u640d\u5931\u4f5c\u51fa\u5f4c\u511f\u3002<\/p><p>Publicity and Personal Data<br \/>8.1 Submission of application means that the Entrants consent to supply to The Mills Fabrica and its respective authorised agents, and give permission to the same to collect the Entrants\u2019 personal data such as their names, age, sex, occupation, contact details, country of origin, likeness, photographs, interests, designs portfolio, and details of the Entries etc in connection with various matters of the selection process, the identification of the Entries against the Entrants, the carrying out of the presentation and marketing, advertising and promotional purposes in any media channels worldwide.<\/p><p>8.2 Such data are collected from (i) the Entrants by completing the online submission form, and through other oral interviews and presentation, and (ii) other documents or materials provided by Entrants to The Mills Fabrica.<\/p><p>8.3 All personal data supplied by the Entrants and collected by the Mills Fabrica will only be used for purposes which are directly and indirectly related to the carrying out of the selection process. \u00a0They are as follows:<\/p><p>(a)\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0verifying the Entrants\u2019 identities;<br promoting The Mills Fabrica together with its community including Entrants selected as The Mills Fabrica Incubatees, through journalists of any media channels worldwide.<\/p><p>8.4 All personal data kept by The Mills Fabrica may be transferred to parties who will be involved in the operation of the selection process, and to its subsidiaries, group companies, such as persons, agencies, partners, and journalists of any media channels who are authorized to receive such information relating to the operation. \u00a0Such information may be transferred to a place outside Hong Kong.<\/p><p>8.5 For the avoidance of doubt, The Mills Fabrica will not need to make any payment to the Entrants for these purposes.<\/p><p>8.6 The Mills Fabrica has the right to charge a reasonable fee for the processing of any data access request in accordance with the terms of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong).<\/p><p>8.7 The Entrant has the right:<\/p><p>(a)\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0to check whether The Mills Fabrica holds data about him and of access to such data;<br \/>(b)\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0to require The Mills Fabrica to correct any data relating to him which is \u900f\u904e\u4efb\u4f55\u570b\u5bb6\u7684\u50b3\u64ad\u5a92\u4ecb\u7684\u8a18\u8005\uff0c\u9032\u884c\u5c0d\u5357\u8c50\u4f5c\u574a\u53ca\u5176\u5718\u9ad4\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u7372\u9078\u70ba\u4f5c\u574a\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u53c3\u52a0\u8005\u7684\u71df\u92b7\u3001\u5ee3\u544a\u548c\u4fc3\u92b7\u3002<\/p><p>8.4 \u53c3\u52a0\u8005\u6709\u6b0a\uff1a<\/p><p>(a)\u3000\u67e5\u95b1\u5357\u8c50\u4f5c\u574a\u662f\u5426\u6301\u6709\u53ca\u5b58\u53d6\u5176\u8cc7\u6599\uff1b<\/p><p>(b)\u3000\u8981\u6c42\u5357\u8c50\u4f5c\u574a\u66f4\u6b63\u4efb\u4f55\u5176\u932f\u8aa4\u7684\u8cc7\u6599\uff1b<\/p><p>(c)\u3000\u7372\u544a\u77e5\u5357\u8c50\u4f5c\u574a\u6301\u6709\u7684\u500b\u4eba\u8cc7\u6599\u985e\u5225\uff1b<\/p><p>(d)\u3000\u78ba\u5b9a\u5357\u8c50\u4f5c\u574a\u5728\u8655\u7406\u500b\u4eba\u8cc7\u6599\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u653f\u7b56\u53ca\u6163\u4f8b\u3002<\/p><p>\u5982\u53c3\u52a0\u8005\u6b32\u5411\u5357\u8c50\u4f5c\u574a\u63d0\u51fa\u4ee5\u4e0a\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u53ef\u96fb\u90f5\u81f3\u4ee5\u4e0b\u5730\u5740\uff1a<\/p><p>\u5357\u8c50\u4f5c\u574a<\/p><p>\u96fb\u90f5\u5730\u5740\uff1afabrica@themills.com.hk<\/p><p>Notice to the Entrants in relation to the Use of Personal Data for Direct Marketing<br \/>The Mills Fabrica intends to use a data subjects\u2019 data (i.e. Entrants\u2019 data) in direct marketing and The these modifications, amendments and changes.<\/p><p>10.3 The Mills Fabrica reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to verify the Entrants\u2019 eligibility to enter into the selection process and to, at any time, disqualify any Entrants it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the selection process and\/or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, Terms and Conditions and\/or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.<\/p><p>10.4 Any attempt by any Entrants to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the selection process may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, The Mills Fabrica reserves the right to seek damages from any such Entrants to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Mills Fabrica\u2019s failure to enforce any terms of these Official Rules, Terms and Conditions and\/or its rights shall not constitute a waiver of that provision and\/or its rights.<\/p><p>10.5 By submitting the application, the Entrants agree to release and hold harmless The Mills Fabrica, The Committee, other participating companies (if any), suppliers, distributors, advertising\/promotion agencies, sponsors and other prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent, subsidiaries and affiliate companies and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and insurers (collectively, the \u201cReleased Parties\u201d) from and against any claims or causes of action, including, but not limited to misappropriation of third parties\u2019 intellectual property and\/or infringement of those rights, breach of confidentiality, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of or related to the Entrants\u2019 participation during the selection process.<\/p><p>10.6 The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by the Entrants, printing errors or mistakes associated with or utilized in the application to The Mills Fabrica incubation program; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, failures or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware, software or webpages; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the selection process; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of The Mills Fabrica incubation program selection or the processing of the Entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mails; or (6) any damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by the Entrants\u2019 applying to The Mills Fabrica incubation program.<\/p><p>10.7 The Mills Fabrica accepts no liability for any loss of any kinds suffered by the Entrants arising directly, or indirectly, out of and\/or related to the Entries and\/or the Entrants\u2019 participation in the selection process.<\/p><p>10.8 All decisions made by The Mills Fabrica
