Position Summary:

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company's overall B2B digital marketing strategies/messaging, including website, blog, email marketing, marketing funnels, newsletter, SEO, social media, and videos to achieve the business marketing objectives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the company's overall B2B digital marketing strategies/messaging, including website, blog, email marketing, marketing funnels, newsletter, SEO, social media, and videos. It is expected that you have a demonstrated level of competency in some of these areas.
  • Translate marketing vision into specific projects, action plans, and strategies by developing, implementing, and managing all digital media strategies and campaigns, with the aim of increasing brand awareness, customer engagement, and onboarding new customers.
  • Review current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and develop solutions within budget constraints.
  • Monitor, measure, and analyze the success of each campaign, and show the Return on Investment (ROI) via weekly/monthly reports
  • Analyze competitor activity and stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends
  • Develop and manage a marketing calendar to address social media content, weekly emails, monthly newsletter, all content campaigns, and other resources
  • Create content snippets and understand how to repurpose and reuse written, audio, and video content.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is desired
  • Experience using HubSpot is A+
  • Agility to quickly adapt to our business, understanding the terminology and our client solutions.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing
  • Extensive experience in email marketing implementation and automation
  • Proficient with marketing-related software programs
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn and organic marketing;
  • SEO and Google Analytics and understanding of web traffic metrics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Aptitude in storytelling and communications
  • Self-driven to seek out opportunities and not wait for work to be assigned.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills
  • Huge ++ for candidates with prior experience in the fashion industry, knows how the supply chain works, its pain points and wants to bring some changes to help it become more sustainable.
