We’re looking for a Content Moderator to review user-generated content to ensure information accuracy, and to sustain and cultivate a positive platform for our sustainability-focused users! Your role will be pivotal in implementing our predefined Community Guidelines. 
 
  • Hours: Flexible, Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day 
  • SGD 25 per day
  • Immediate start

Responsibilities

    • Digest guidelines quickly and update the database system accordingly
    • Evaluate content that may not meet community guidelines
    • Provide practical and thoughtful feedback on automation processes and data models to the Data team
    • Collaborate closely with the Growth team to provide feedback on reviews coming from different channels; work closely with the Content and Communications team for special projects 
    • Assist in Marketing Operations 

Requirements

    • Minimum 6 months of commitment
    • Obtained or are on track to obtain A-level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
    • Good time management skills and excellent attention to detail
    • Responsible and analytical
    • Ability to work effectively with tight deadlines
    • Collaborative and able to work independently
    • Interest in Environmental Sustainability and Veganism
    • Good command of English
    • Intermediate knowledge of Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese is preferred, but not required
    • Singaporean/Singapore PR
