Modern Synthesis is a London based biomaterial company connecting the dots between biology, material science and design to craft the next generation of biomaterials for the fashion industry.
You will work directly with our co-founder and CEO, Jen Keane, and veteran marketing advisors to build out Modern Synthesis’ marketing function, playing a critical role in shaping the company’s communication and content strategy around three mission critical pillars: culture, impact, and commercialization.
You will be a brand guardian and a critical link between our team and the outside world, sharing our vision, values, and progress with a variety of stakeholders and audiences through clear & engaging written and visual content. Meanwhile, being our eyes and ears to the market, you will keep the team abreast of trends and opportunities, actively contributing to an ambitious growth trajectory.
This isn’t a plug and play position. We're looking for someone who has the ingenuity and drive to help us build a material brand from the ground up, with an impeccable taste level and insatiable curiosity for biomaterials, fashion tech, and the circular economy.
Develop and own cross-channel content rollout according to key brand strategy initiatives:
Coordinate engagement with key internal + external stakeholders and identify the most effective ways to create transparency, alignment, and accountability. Actively build team trust and promote an inclusive, high performance culture.
