rules, terms and conditions, \u201cThe Mills Fabrica\u201d means Fabrica Incubator Limited and its affiliates collectively.<\/p><p>\u5c31\u672c\u5b98\u65b9\u89c4\u5219\u3001\u7533\u8bf7\u7ec6\u5219\u53ca\u6761\u6b3e\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u300c\u5357\u4e30\u4f5c\u574a\u300d\u662f [Chinese name of Fabrica Incubator Limited] \u53ca\u5176\u5173\u8054\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u7edf\u79f0\u3002<\/p><p>Eligibility<br \/>The application to The Mills Fabrica incubation is opened to all entrants aged 18 or over at the time of submission, who meet either one of the following criteria (the \u201cEntrants\u201d):<br \/>(a)\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0The Entrants have a registered business that focuses on techstyle-related services or products (the \u201cBusiness\u201d); or<br \/>(b)\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0The Entrants have a demonstrable business concept that focuses on techstyle-related services and products (the \u201cConcept\u201d).<\/p><p>1.\u3000\u53c2\u52a0\u8d44\u683c<\/p><p>\u5357\u4e30\u4f5c\u574a\u57f9\u80b2\u8ba1\u5212\u7684\u7533\u8bf7\u8005\u987b\u4e8e\u9012\u4ea4\u7533\u8bf7\u4e4b\u65f6\u5e74\u6ee1\u5341\u516b\u5c81\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u7b26\u5408\u4ee5\u4e0b\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u9879\u8d44\u683c\uff08\u4e0b\u79f0\u300c\u53c2\u52a0\u8005\u300d\uff09\uff1a<br \/>(a)\u3000\u53c2\u52a0\u8005\u987b\u62e5\u6709\u5546\u4e1a\u767b\u8bb0\uff0c\u53ca\u987b\u4e3a\u79d1\u6280\u53ca\u7eba\u7ec7\u65f6\u88c5\u6709\u5173\u7684\u670d\u52a1\u6216\u4ea7\u54c1\uff08\u4e0b\u79f0\u300c\u5546\u4e1a\u300d\uff09\uff1b\u6216<\/p><p>(b)\u3000\u53c2\u52a0\u8005\u80fd\u663e\u793a\u4e00\u4e2a\u4ee5\u79d1\u6280\u53ca\u7eba\u7ec7\u65f6\u88c5\u6709\u5173\u4e3a\u4e3b\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u6982\u5ff5\uff08\u4e0b\u79f0\u300c\u6982\u5ff5\u300d\uff09\u3002<\/p><p>How to Enter<br \/>2.1 Interested parties are invited to submit their entry through the online submission form on the Mills Fabrica website at the following webpage: www.themillsfabrica.com\/application (the \u201cEntry\/Entries\u201d).<br \/>Each Entry should be submitted in the following way:<br \/>(a)\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0A short description of the Business or the Concept of up to 300 words in English and 500 words in Chinese; and<br \/>(b)\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0A video file and\/ or visuals and \/ or presentation deck of the Business or the Concept.<br \/>2.2 The Entrant\u2019s name filled in the online submission form shall be the name used and shown in the Entrant\u2019s identification documents.<\/p><p>2.\u3000\u53c2\u52a0\u529e\u6cd5<\/p><p>2.1 \u6709\u5174\u8da3\u53c2\u52a0\u7684\u4eba\u58eb\u53ef\u7ecf\u5357\u4e30\u4f5c\u574a\u7684\u7f51\u4e0a\u7533\u8bf7\u8868\u9012\u4ea4\u7533\u8bf7\uff1awww.themillsfabrica.com\/application\uff08\u4e0b\u79f0\u300c\u53c2\u52a0\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u9879\u76ee\u300d\uff09\u3002<\/p><p>\u6bcf\u4efd\u53c2\u52a0\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u9879\u76ee\u987b\u4ee5\u4e0b\u5217\u65b9\u5f0f\u9012\u4ea4\uff1a<\/p><p>\u4e00\u6bb5300\u5b57(\u82f1\u6587)\u6216500\u5b57(\u4e2d\u6587)\u5185\u5173\u4e8e\u5176\u5546\u4e1a\u6216\u6982\u5ff5\u7684\u63cf\u8ff0\uff1b\u53ca<br \/>\u4e00\u4e2a\u6709\u5173\u5176\u5546\u4e1a\u6216\u6982\u5ff5\u7684\u5f55\u50cf\u6863\u6848\u53ca\/\u6216\u89c6\u89c9\u6548\u679c\u53ca\/\u6216\u6f14\u793a\u6587\u4ef6\u6863\u6848\u3002<br \/>2.2 \u53c2\u52a0\u8005\u4e8e\u7f51\u4e0a\u7533\u8bf7\u8868\u6240\u586b\u5199\u7684\u59d3\u540d\u987b\u4e0e\u5176\u8eab\u4efd\u8bc1\u660e\u6587\u4ef6\u76f8\u7b26\u3002<\/p><p>Submission Restrictions<br \/>3.1 The Entries must be the original product(s) and creation of the Entrants which must not contain materials, images, marks, designs and artwork etc that are not created by the Entrants.<\/p><p>3.2 The Entries must NOT contain materials, images, marks, designs, artwork and information etc that violate any laws and regulations and\/or infringe others\u2019 rights, such as intellectual property rights.<\/p><p>3.3 The Entries must NOT contain materials that (1) are inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libellous, sexually explicit or suggestive, unlawful, and\/or those that (2) depict illegal drug use, alcohol abuse, terrorism, weapons, violence or nudity, and\/or those that (3) promotes bigotry, racism, hatred, harm against any groups or individuals, discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.<\/p><p>3.4 Entries that pertain to any of the above may be disqualified.<\/p><p>3.\u3000\u53c2\u52a0\u9650\u5236<\/p><p>3.1 \u53c2\u52a0\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u9879\u76ee\u987b\u4e3a\u539f\u521b\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e0d\u53ef\u5305\u542b\u4efb\u4f55\u975e\u53c2\u52a0\u8005\u521b\u4f5c\u7684\u5185\u5bb9\u3001\u5f71\u50cf\u3001\u6807\u8bb0\u3001\u8bbe\u8ba1\u53ca\u827a\u672f\u54c1\u7b49\u7b49\u3002<\/p><p>3.2 \u53c2\u52a0\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u9879\u76ee\u4e0d\u53ef\u5305\u542b\u4efb\u4f55\u8fdd\u6cd5\u53ca\/\u6216\u4fb5\u6743\uff08\u5982\u77e5\u8bc6\u4ea7\u6743\uff09\u7684\u5185\u5bb9\u3001\u5f71\u50cf\u3001\u6807\u8bb0\u3001\u8bbe\u8ba1\u3001\u827a\u672f\u54c1\u53ca\u8d44\u8baf\u7b49\u7b49\u3002<\/p><p>3.3 \u53c2\u52a0\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u9879\u76ee\u4e0d\u53ef\u5305\u542b\u4efb\u4f55 (1) \u4e0d\u5f53\u3001\u7325\u4eb5\u3001\u6deb\u79fd\u3001\u5177\u538c\u6076\u6027\u3001\u4fb5\u6743\u3001\u4e2d\u4f24\u3001\u8bfd\u8c24\u3001\u660e\u786e\u6216\u6697\u793a\u7684\u8272\u60c5\u3001\u8fdd\u6cd5\u7684\uff0c\u53ca\/\u6216 (2) \u63cf\u8ff0\u975e\u6cd5\u5438\u6bd2\u3001\u9157\u9152\u3001\u6050\u6016\u4e3b\u4e49\u3001\u653b\u51fb\u6027\u6b66\u5668\u3001\u66b4\u529b\u6216\u88f8\u9732\u7684\uff0c\u53ca\/\u6216 (3) \u9f13\u5439\u76f2\u76ee\u4fe1\u4ef0\u3001\u79cd\u65cf\u4e3b\u4e49\u3001\u4ec7\u6068\u3001\u4f24\u5bb3\u4efb\u4f55\u56e2\u4f53\u6216\u4e2a\u4eba\u3001\u9f13\u5439\u6b67\u89c6\u79cd\u65cf\u3001\u6027\u522b\u3001\u5b97\u6559\u3001\u56fd\u7c4d\u3001\u6b8b\u969c\u3001\u6027\u53d6\u5411\u6216\u5e74\u9f84\u7684\u5185\u5bb9\u3002<\/p><p>Selection of Entries<br \/>4.1 The Committee of representatives of The Mills Fabrica (defined in clause 5.1 below) will review all Entries received. The Mills Fabrica reserves the rights and has absolute discretion to decide the number of applications to be selected.<\/p><p>\u53c2\u52a0\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u9879\u76ee\u4e4b\u7504\u9009<br \/>4.1 \u5357\u4e30\u4f5c\u574a\u4ee3\u8868\u7684\u59d4\u5458\uff08\u5b9a\u4e49\u4e8e\u4e0b\u5217\u6761\u6b3e5.1\uff09\u5c06\u4f1a\u5ba1\u9605\u5df2\u9012\u4ea4\u7684\u53c2\u52a0\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u9879\u76ee\u3002\u5357\u4e30\u4f5c\u574a\u4fdd\u7559\u4e00\u5207\u6743\u5229\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u62e5\u6709\u7edd\u5bf9\u914c\u60c5\u6743\u51b3\u5b9a\u5165\u56f4\u7533\u8bf7\u8005\u7684\u6570\u76ee\u3002<\/p><p>The Assessment Criteria<br \/>5.1 The Entries will be assessed by designated representatives of The Mills Fabrica (the \u201cCommittee\u201d).<\/p><p>5.2 The Entries will be assessed based on the following criteria (the \u201cAssessment Criteria\u201d):<br \/>(a)\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Innovative, Original, Creative Idea:<br \/>Because of the focuses on drawing out new business ideas, the core idea itself is of elevated importance. In this category, a completely new idea with compelling potential, quality and uniqueness will do well, even if the proposed details of its execution seem doubtful.<\/p><p>(b)\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Proof of a Market:<br \/>The best products or services fail if nobody wants to buy them. Therefore, each Entry should identify its targeted group of people, customers and stockists (the \u201cTargeted Market\u201d) with a unique need that the Business or the Concept could address and offer to meet.<\/p><p>(c)\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Demonstration of Competitive Advantage:<br \/>Once the Targeted Market is identified, if it is truly viable, it will probably already have other potential business competitors competing directly or indirectly for it (the \u201cCompetitors\u201d). Each Entry should acknowledge and identify these Competitors and explain what would set its own Business or Concept apart. If there are no Competitors for the Targeted Market, the Entry should explain why the Targeted Market is empty and suggest how it is possible to establish and enter it.<\/p><p>(d)\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Social Value:<br \/>The sustainability and the potential positive and beneficial impact of the Business or the Concept to the society will be considered.<\/p><p>\u8bc4\u5ba1\u51c6\u5219<br \/>5.1 \u6240\u6709\u53c2\u52a0\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u9879\u76ee\u5c06\u4f1a\u7531\u6307\u5b9a\u7684\u5357\u4e30\u4f5c\u574a\u4ee3\u8868\u59d4\u5458\uff08\u4e0b\u79f0\u300c\u59d4\u5458\u300d\uff09\u5ba1\u9605\u3002<\/p><p>5.2 \u59d4\u5458\u5c06\u4ee5\u4ee5\u4e0b\u51c6\u5219\u8bc4\u5ba1\u53c2\u52a0\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u9879\u76ee\uff08\u4e0b\u79f0\u300c\u8bc4\u5ba1\u51c6\u5219\u300d\uff09\uff1a<\/p><p>(a)\u3000\u521b\u65b0\u3001\u539f\u521b\u53ca\u5177\u521b\u610f\u7684\u610f\u5ff5\uff1a<\/p><p>\u662f\u6b21\u8ba1\u5212\u7740\u91cd\u5d2d\u65b0\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u610f\u5ff5\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u6838\u5fc3\u7406\u5ff5\u7684\u521b\u65b0\u8f83\u5176\u4ed6\u51c6\u5219\u4e3a\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u5373\u4f7f\u9879\u76ee\u5185\u5bb9\u7684\u5b9e\u884c\u6027\u4e0d\u5927\uff0c\u82e5\u5f53\u4e2d\u6709\u5145\u6ee1\u6f5c\u8d28\u3001\u4f18\u79c0\u3001\u72ec\u7279\u53ca\u5f15\u4eba\u6ce8\u76ee\u7684\u60f3\u6cd5\uff0c\u5176\u53c2\u52a0\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u9879\u76ee\u4ecd\u6709\u673a\u4f1a\u83b7\u9009\u3002<\/p><p>(b)\u3000\u5e02\u573a\u80af\u5b9a\uff1a<\/p><p>\u82e5\u6ca1\u6709\u987e\u5ba2\u613f\u610f\u8d2d\u4e70\uff0c\u5b83\u4e5f\u53ea\u662f\u4e00\u4ef6\u5931\u8d25\u7684\u4ea7<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n          <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n\n      <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n\n\n\n  <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HOME Terms &amp;
