Goxip is a Hong Kong based pre-series B start-up that operates at the juncture of two fast-paced industries, e-commerce and social media. Our aim is to provide millennials with the tools to shop online in a way that fits their lifestyle and needs, and to help our brand partners develop and optimize their digital presence and strategies. For this we operate two related platforms.
Goxip.com is a global fashion, beauty and lifestyle discovery online platform which connects shoppers with designers and brands in an engaging, content-driven way; rewardsnap.com is Asia’s largest invitation-only influencer monetization network, connecting brands and designers with key Asian influencers and their followers.
rewardSnap is Hong Kong’s leading influencer marketing platform that connects a community of influential taste-makers and social content creators with global brands in exclusive partnerships and campaigns. Offering more than just a platform, it empowers the community of content creators on how to best understand and optimise their influence through actionable data and transparent monetization tools.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), this talent will oversee operational activities, and help with strategies, analysis and execution of overall company matters.

Day-to-day nature
You’ll be part of the “everything team” that puts out fires and saves the day
You’ll be intricately linked with the leadership team, while also being on the frontlines in the field
Specifically, you’ll be reporting to and directly assisting the COO in strategic and operational tasks related to digital, partnerships, sales, and HR.
Examples include: Perfecting our investor decks and partnership agreements; Designing and managing sales campaigns and fashion events; Drafting our emails and social media handles’ copywriting and design.
We welcome past demonstrable experience in fields including business management, project management, operations, growth, and partnerships.
We welcome past roles in professional service firms (accounting, law, banking), consulting firms (strategy, management, digital), corporates (management trainees, in-house roles), and startups.
Bachelor’s degree in a business/management/finance-related field, economics, and law preferred, but we welcome applicants from all fields if you have demonstrated excellence in a business environment.
Having excellent communication skills in English is vital - Preferably you’re someone who can sell wacky idea, brainstorm with teammates, negotiate with clients, present like a pro, and close deals.
A solid understanding of finance and budgeting would be a plus.
You are self-driven, proactive, diligent, and detail-oriented - you never miss a deadline, never miss a detail.
You are thoughtful and smart about the way to tackle everyday problems. You’re a planner and a go-getter.
You are coachable and trainable, to become a master generalist in business and operations and a well-known leader in the fashion and tech world.
