ADAY is looking for an awesome individual to be fully immersed in all of our social media + community efforts. We're looking for someone who can help coordinate content, bring ideas to increase our social media engagement and engage our ambassador program.

Our ideal candidate stays up to date with current social media trends, loves storytelling and is passionate about fostering community. Experience in Social Media is a plus but definitely not required.

  • Assisting with the day-to-day management of the ADAY Instagram account

  • Brainstorming creative concepts for Instagram feed posts, stories + reels

  • Sourcing ‘regram’ images for our Instagram feed

  • Editing trend-driven videos for Instagram reels

  • Building an engagement-driven strategy for IG

  • Curating written + visual content for an ongoing Instagram community content series

  • Coordinating monthly content challenges for our ambassador program

  • Being part of the foundation for an industry-disrupting brand

  • Working as a core member of a small but growing team


  • You are available ideally 20 hours per week (minimum of 15 hours per week).

  • You have 0-1 year of relevant internship experience.

  • You have experience editing videos for Reels or TikTok.

  • You’re curious, solution-oriented and a creative problem solver; you’re excited by a challenge and comfortable and energized by uncharted territory.

  • You have excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines; you are able to pivot when things don't go as planned; you are used to working with limited resources both human and capital.

  • You're a self-starter that is resourceful and able to act autonomously, with no fear of getting your hands dirty; you’re eager to learn and take on new projects.

  • You're a strong communicator + know how to talk and how to listen in remote environments.
