The Role:
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9pm – 6pm
Location: King’s Cross, London
Responsibilities:
- Front of house – acting as the first point of contact for members and visitors at the front desk
- Lead-generation for new members, organising and leading tours
- Member retention – ensuring members are happy and working on initiatives and projects for continuous improvement of the membership experience
- Planning member-exclusive events
- Facilities maintenance – liaising with the Estate Facilities Manager to ensure all issues are reported and resolved
- Maintaining the Members’ database and website
- Space management – general upkeep of the coworking space including pantry, access cards management, enforcing house rules
- Membership communication – curating content for regular newsletters
- Assisting the team with admin and ad-hoc tasks as and when required
Requirements:
- Experience working in a similar role
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes and Airtable (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team as well as on your own
