rewardSnap is Hong Kong’s leading influencer marketing platform that connects a community of influential taste-makers and social content creators with global brands in exclusive partnerships and campaigns. Offering more than just a platform, it empowers the community of content creators on how to best understand and optimise their influence through actionable data and transparent monetization tools.
Reporting to the General Manager, this bright and visionary candidate will be a critical leader that pioneer and responsible for managing and growing an exciting category : Pre-Owned Luxury Fashion. S/He will be managing, growing and owning the category by onboarding new luxury pre-owned merchants/platforms/retailers as well as professional sellers through steering the performance of the business alongside with establishing and executing the market’s overall strategic vision. You are extremely entrepreneurial, highly motivated, comfortable with working both autonomously as well as part of a team. You are super-duper ready to dive head first into a fast-growing, global fashion tech business!
You will define and lead from scratch to launch the vision & strategy on this category. Execute marketing initiatives that deliver on category awareness and ROI with P&L responsibility
You will develop a network and portfolio of merchants/platforms and professional sellers using Goxip’s tool and scale their business on Goxip’s platform
You will define from scratch to launch strategy and execute marketing initiatives that deliver on category awareness and ROI
You will analyze and monitor business performance in order to reach company and commercial objectives
You will develop and expand HK and SEA B2C market through prospective and business development
You will manage all onsite commercial activations alongside with marketing team
You will troubleshoot and provide all key accounts management support to achieve high growth for both merchants and company
5-8 years of customer-facing experience in a luxury brand
Strong and sizeable network of high-net-worth or private clients owning luxury fashion items is mandatory
Proven track record in launching a new vertical / category and delivering on budget and against a long term strategy.
Tactical & Strategic - able to “think big” as well as execute “on-the-fly” via understanding the dynamics, interdependencies and implications of decisions.
Resourceful - constantly look for creative ways to make the most of the resources we have. Throw tenacity, brainpower, teamwork at problems, not money and extra heads. Think like a business owner.
Excellent command of English and fluency in mandarin is a plus.
In-depth knowledge of the e-commerce B2C or B2B fashion landscape
(luxury fashion is a must).
Extremely entrepreneurial candidate and strong self-motivated with a key drive to meet and accomplish challenging goals. Confidence and ability to think proactively, creatively and resourcefully
Highly organizational , positive and strong interpersonal skills - you should be able to negotiate with local and international brands single-handedly.
