The Business Operations Intern is responsible for supporting the Commercial team at abillion. You will be reporting to the Sales Director and working closely with the Business team to identify and qualify leads for commercial product lines and to manage internal processes. abillion has launched business solutions, including premium listings for brands, and you will be responsible for lead generation and operations to support marketing and revenue growth. We are looking for a meticulous and driven Business Operations Intern to support the B2B function at a vibrant and fast-growing company.

To do this role effectively, you must be detail-oriented and demonstrate a go-getter attitude with a passion for. In this role, you will gain experience in having a proven track record in achieving revenue targets, and develop a strong business acumen. Knowing how to build and maintain trust and credibility within commercial relationships is essential. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in sustainability, consumer products and/or the F&B industry.



  • Direct Responsibilities:
    • Generate and input business leads for restaurants and brands globally to drive marketing and prospecting efforts
    • Maintain and improve internal business processes, including business claims, business page/product page managementResponsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
  • Shared Responsibilities:
    • Assist with executing global online and offline B2B sales and marketing efforts that may include email campaigns, participation in industry conferences and events, webinars, and website updates Improve the business user experience - working closely with User Research, Data, and Product teams
    • Perform ongoing tracking and reporting on business users and effectiveness of business initiatives


  • A-Level / pre-university graduates or currently enrolled in or about to complete an Undergraduate or Graduate degree
  • Ability to work well independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced start-up environmentFast learner with the ability to grasp new concepts and processes quickly, and excellent attention to detailSome experience in projects that required strategic, critical thinking, relationship management is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is required Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM tools is preferred Strong passion for Sustainability and Consumer Products is a very good plus
