Goxip.com is a global fashion, beauty and lifestyle discovery online platform which connects shoppers with designers and brands in an engaging, content-driven way; rewardsnap.com is Asia’s largest invitation-only influencer monetization network, connecting brands and designers with key Asian influencers and their followers.
rewardSnap is Hong Kong’s leading influencer marketing platform that connects a community of influential taste-makers and social content creators with global brands in exclusive partnerships and campaigns. Offering more than just a platform, it empowers the community of content creators on how to best understand and optimise their influence through actionable data and transparent monetization tools.

You will be a key member of Goxip’s Growth & Commercial team, generating more business from new and existing financial services clients, leveraging our platforms namely Goxip.com and rewardSnap. It’ll be key to manage the digital media campaign sales pipeline to ensure continued growth in the shared portfolio and retention of clients.
To be successful in this role you’ll need to be a young and energetic self-starter, obsessed with results and passionate about growth. You’ll need to be motivated by working towards and exceeding challenging targets. You’ll need to be able to navigate external stakeholders and communicate the vision in clear and engaging terms to unfamiliar merchants.
Pitch Goxip and rewardSnap’s wide range of services to the right client’s stakeholders (typically e-commerce, digital or PR teams)
Support Growth teams in a variety of functions: digital media campaign production, facilitating brainstorms, competitive research, requirements, logistics
Ensure at the end of a pitch that all documents and presentations are stored centrally, broken out into best practice answers for future reference
Work closely with Commercial team for team resourcing structure and pricing
Source new prospects in multiple verticals to generate opportunities with new and existing merchant/clients
Develop proactive strategies that include identifying and sourcing new customers by developing, strengthening and maintaining networks and independently identifying and leveraging relevant resources for sales and business development
Using your existing knowledge of the market, identify local and international prospects
Follow up on direct requests from brands to collaborate with us on Goxip and/or Reward Snap
Own and develop merchant relationships, understanding their goals, strategies and expectations to ensure alignment at all times
Strive for achievements of monthly and yearly KPIs, track and report on performance, and propose specific actions plans to improve performance
You are young, energetic and hungry
You have a strong sense of ownership over your KPIs and sales funnel
You have a “can do” attitude, disciplined and proactive approach to work
You are ready to go beyond and with strong business acumen.
Excellent written and verbal command of English
Prior experience in pitching PR and influencer marketing solutions is highly advantageous
Familiarity and track record with Sales B2B CRM solutions is a plus (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho, etc)
Excellent relationship building and influencing skills
Excellent presentation skills
Experience in a start-up environment and/or fashion / beauty / lifestyle industry a big plus
Demonstrate strong customer service skills while working with a diverse team
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate, influence and inspire others
