rewardSnap is Hong Kong’s leading influencer marketing platform that connects a community of influential taste-makers and social content creators with global brands in exclusive partnerships and campaigns. Offering more than just a platform, it empowers the community of content creators on how to best understand and optimise their influence through actionable data and transparent monetization tools.
As part of the Account Management team, you are expected to support our merchants and clients.
To be successful in this role, you should be a dedicated and detail-oriented person with the ability to support our Account Management team by creating reporting, planning and executing campaigns, as well as helping on the operational standpoint.
Manage key accounts for all the post sales related business from onboarding to campaign execution
Track and report portfolio performance & provide data to help with revenue projections
Execute Marketing campaigns on Goxip, including but not limited to exposure campaigns such as banners, captions, updating our social channels (IG) etc.
Actively seeking and finding win-win solutions for both merchant and Goxip
Help coordinate online and offline campaigns and events.
Support influencers in maximizing the rewardSnap platform by identifying monetisation opportunities and generating unique links for tracking.
Maintaining close relationships with existing key KOL accounts on rewardSnap, liaising with them for product promotion, joint promotions and partnership activities
Facilitate and support meetings with high profile fashion and beauty merchants by creating valuable insights and material for relationship management and strategic consultation
Assist in the operations & execution of KOL campaigns, for example on clothing rental arrangements, product seeding logistics and delivery for influencers and campaigns.
Participate in ad-hoc cross functional projects and initiatives
Build great and close relationships both on an executive as well as on an individual level

4-6 years of relevant experience in account management /client facing - operation related role
International background is highly desirable
Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong interpersonal skills - you should be able to communicate across teams to find solutions whenever possible
Excellent command of written and verbal English and Cantonese
Experience in a high growth early stage start-up environment and eCommerce industry is a plus
Strong growth mindset and understand how to collaborate with cross functional teams to achieve goals with tight deadlines
Hungry to learn and is passionate about e-commerce, influencer and content marketing
Have a 5-star customer service nature when supporting the team and providing assistance to influencers.
