We seek to hire a highly motivated SysAdmin to join our rapidly growing team. We had 5 employees at the start of last year, are now 35, and have a plan to double within the next two years. We have a lab in Norwich and are currently setting up a new site in Cambridge. We are looking for a person to bring IT expertise and establish/lead the IT Support for the growing team. An ideal candidate should be confident in implementing and managing IT infrastructure following the best practices; a jack of all trades, good at tasks from helping Joe to connect a printer to laying out a company guideline on IT security. Advantage will be given to candidates familiar with our stack or those who will convince us to change it. The successful hire will be given an option to work from home or from either of our Cambridge or Norwich sites. However, they will be asked to visit either site when required with one-day’s notice.
