The Role

We are looking for a Fulfilment/3PL Executive to coordinate daily operations with our 3PL partners globally.

This position is based in Lisbon and will be reporting to the Fulfilment/3PL Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities

 

Putting in place excellency in the operational processes and solutions for the company. Within this:

3PLs Management

  • Monitors daily receiving, QC, digitalization and order fulfilment activities ensuring compliance to SLAs. Coordinate with 3PL corrective actions when required.
  • Coordinate returns reintegration, investigate incomplete orders and cancelled orders.
  • Participate to 3PLs monthly reviews.
  • Coordinate continuous improvement plan.
  • Oversee inventory cycle counts and yearly stock take. Investigate reasons of discrepancies and build action plan.
  • Check invoices and related supporting documents.
  • Drive claims and disputes reviews.
  • Prepare reports for the management.
  • Report to tech team system errors or bugs.

Project management

  • Participate to new distribution centre launch - UATs, Training, system configuration, ...
  • Propose system and process enhancements and participate to their deployments
  • Engage into projects improving efficiency, customer experience and cost reduction (Digitalization process, packaging, …)


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Logistics ideally in retail/e-commerce industry
  • Bachelor’s degree or hi in Supply Chain Management or Logistics or related field preferred
  • Problem-solving skills
  • High energy level with ability to multitask
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Good organizational and coordination abilities
  • Hands-on and solution-oriented
  •  Good attention to details
