Direct Responsibilities:

    • Account management and customer success of Spanish-speaking business accounts with the potential to own and be responsible for the success of the account. This includes assisting with content and campaigns, data pulls, being the first point of contact for the account, and relevant account management operations
    • Conduct business development lead generation and outreach to prospects in Spanish speaking markets such as Spain, Argentina, Chile, and Mexico

Shared Responsibilities:

    • Perform data and performance analysis of a suite of abillion commercial products and services
    • Project management and execution of B2B comms (CRM and Social Media)
    • Localisation of B2B efforts to fit for Spanish speaking markets
    • Participate in continued optimisation of commercial products and formulation of new commercial opportunities

Requirements:

    • Strong English and Spanish proficiency are required
    • 3+ years experience in account management, marketing, and/or in a commercial team
    • Excellent team working skills and cross-functional communication capabilities
    • High level of proficiency in G-Suite (Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs)
    • Experience in viewing and analysis of data congregations/dashboards (Google Analytics, Tableau, and Metabase) is preferred
    • Ability to work well independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced start-up environment
    • Extremely driven with a strong desire to achieve results
    • Strong relationship management skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset, is required
    • Strong passion for Sustainability and Consumer Products is a very good plus
